Manuscript Types

The Indonesian Journal of Medicine welcomes submissions of high-quality manuscripts in the field of medicine and health sciences, including Original Research Articles, Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, and Case Reports.
Original Research Articles report findings from observational studies, experimental studies, clinical trials, and other empirical investigations. Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses provide comprehensive and methodologically rigorous syntheses of existing evidence on relevant medical and health topics. Case Reports describe clinically significant or unusual cases that offer valuable insights into diagnosis, treatment, disease management, or clinical practice.
All submissions must be scientifically sound, ethically conducted, and relevant to the journal's scope. Manuscripts are subject to editorial assessment and peer review in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.
